A FeatureHubContextConsumer can be used to retrieve the FeatureAppManager
singleton instance, as well as the Async SSR Manager Feature Service (if it
is provided by the integrator). Its main purpose is to be used inside the
FeatureAppLoader and FeatureAppContainer.
